Trening

TrenKI
We study an efficient and healthy mode of movement using the basic principles: crawling, standing, walking, running, and jumping. We break down the basic principles and expand them into dynamic and explosive sequences and forms of movement, independently and in pairs. When and where does movement begin? How do we keep our movement efficient? How do we guide our body and movement? We study how to direct, guide and use kinaesthetic energy in more complex and dynamic forms of movement, dynamic falls, jumps, and rapid changes in spatial levels of movement. Pushing, pulling, leading, following and changing the intention are the basic principles that we apply and use to change the intention within the given framework of movement. We become aware of the inclinations of the body away from the centre of mass of movement and use these inclinations to generate kinaesthetic energy in guiding the course of our movement, acceleration and increased efficiency of weight changes. We observe, test and question the body and consciousness, stability and willingness to change position and weight distribution. We observe the tensions in the body, remove unnecessary tension in the muscles and focus on activating and strengthening the core and muscles that are the primary motors and muscles that support the given movements. Working in pairs, we observe how our movements and touch affect our partner’s body and movement, applying some of the principles of touch communication developed in the discipline of aikido. The practice is designed for different levels of understanding of the body and movement, from recreational dancers and athletes to professional dancers.
