Trening

FINDING YOUR OWN GROOVE /
In this class we will employ our own creativity for improvisation, focusing on coordination and mobilisation of the spine, joints, head, and the whole body within space. We will explore different rhythmic patterns and articulation through various structured dance sequences using floorwork. We will focus on breathing, musicality and awareness of the whole body and finding your own freedom and “groove” within “your” dance movement.
